This quietly situated detached cottage is in the lovely grounds of a large Tuscan villa owned by an Italian Baroness. The cottage itself is spacious, well equipped with its own patio garden plus full use of the 8 hectares of gardens and parkland belonging to the Villa.

Comfortably sleeping four in two large double bedrooms, it has a large bathroom with tub and separate shower - sitting room and large kitchen/dining room. The Baroness, when in residence, is charming, friendly and very hospitable and will welcome all guests personally. Her live-in staff are always in residence.

The estate is just into Tuscany from Umbria, near to the Etruscan town of Chiusi which has a mainline rail station and is conveniently situated for touring both provinces.

Florence and Siena are just 1 hour away and Rome 1 hour 15 mins. By train from Chiusi.
