Owned by a young Roman couple, this restored old Umbrian farmhouse is beautifully situated with 360 degree panoramic views to the Umbrian and Tuscan mountains. Quietly situated just 10 kilometres south west of lake Trasimeno, it is conveniently near to two useful villages and is comfortably furnished in rustic country style providing accommodation for up to 6 persons. Plenty of private parking.

From external staircase you enter into a sitting room with inglenook fireplace and kitchen and dining area beyond. There are three double bedroom and just one bathroom. A washing machine, garden furniture and loggia for alfresco dining complete the picture, together with an enormous rambling garden. It is therefore more suited to a family or perhaps two couples who are happy to share one bathroom.

I feel the situation of this lovely old house far outweighs the inconvenience of only one bathroom.
