Cottage La Porcillaia

Completely re-built row of animal stalls, this beautifully furnished, spacious cottage has been restored to a high standard to provide the following accommodation. From French doors, you enter a very large sitting room with dining area and well-equipped kitchen.

It sleeps two people in an enormous double bedroom with views towards the Tuscan mountains and the properties own small vineyard. A large shower room with bidet and WC. Plenty of private parking. This cottage has a covered pergola with its own garden area for alfresco dining.

There is a very comfortable small double sofa-bed in the sitting room for any extra guests - charged at a small supplement of 15 Euros, per night. There is a wood burning stove should one be holidaying out of season.

For a small daily charge, we have use of a private club swimming pool nearby, during the summer season, set in the most panoramic position.

It is situated just 10 minutes from Chiusi with its mainline station to Rome, Florence and Siena, all within an hour and a half 's journey. In an elevated position one has the advantage of being in Umbria, right on the doorstep with Tuscany, with views of both provinces.

The Anglo-Italian owners live just up the hill from the cottage, should they be needed.
