There is a large communal lounge and a reading room, a small fitness centre, swimming pool and table tennis. The delightful Italian owners are also prepared to cook Dinner, upon request.

The apartments each have 1, 2 or 3 double bedrooms, sitting area and kitchen, + bathrooms.

Beautiful views all around, this property is furnished and equipped to a very high standard. It is set in its own tranquil grounds and overlooks the mountains of both Umbria and Tuscany and Lake Trasimeno, which is 8 kilometres from the house.
